 Brief introduction of PLC control management system.
  Over the years, programmable logic controller (hereinafter referred to as PLC) has achieved a leap from wiring logic to storage logic. Its functions have grown from weak to strong, and its application fields have grown from small to large. The energy management system helps industrial production enterprises to plan and use energy reasonably, reduce energy consumption per unit product, improve economic efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions while expanding production. Automation is widely used in industry, agriculture, military, scientific research, transportation, commerce, medical care, service and family. The electrical control system is generally called the secondary control loop of electrical equipment. Different equipment has different control loops, and the control methods of high-voltage electrical equipment and low-voltage electrical equipment are also different. What is the application field of Plc control system.
  At present, PLC has been widely used in various industries at home and abroad, such as iron and steel, petroleum, chemical industry, power, building materials, mechanical design and manufacturing, automobile, light textile, traffic safety and transportation, environmental protection, cultural life and entertainment. The use of PLC can be divided into the following categories:

1. Switching logic control
  Instead of traditional relay circuit, logic control and sequence control, it can be used to control one equipment or multiple groups of control and automatic assembly line. Such as injection molding machines, presses, mechanical staplers, combination tools, grinding, packaging lines, electroplating lines, etc.

2. Industrial process control
  In the production and development process management of industrial enterprises, for some continuously changing quantities (i.e. analog quantities) such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and speed, PLC uses the corresponding A/D and D/A conversion function modules and various forms of control analysis algorithm design programs to process analog quantities and complete a closed-loop control. PID regulation is a kind of learning method with regulation, which is widely used in general closed-loop control system. Process control is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, heat treatment, boiler internal control and other occasions.

3. Motion control
